Welcome to Fibremania. One of the best places on the net to get handspun, hand-dyed yarns and tops for spinners
Where possible I specify the breed of sheep the yarn has been spun from. I normally source the fibre from mainland UK , but do use merino tops from Australia or the Falkland Islands, especially for some of the hand dyed/handspun yarns.
I also do a small range of dyed roving for spinners, this will expand during 2008, so check back often
I give the yardage and WPI (wraps per inch) for each skein, where possible. The yardage is as accurate as possible. I err on the cautious side so there is usually more yardage than quoted
I also teach spinning and weaving to individuals and small groups in my home.
